Product Guarantee & Return Policy

Our products are guaranteed to be delivered as promised. We stand behind our workmanship and the quality of our product line. If any third party is involved in our order fullfillment we will deal directly with those third parties to help with any issues which might arise. If for any reason any shipment is not satisfactory we will gladly accept a return of an unopened, unused product after you have received approval for such return by emailing such request to info@SanClementeSoaps.com or calling 949.218.6625 and receiving a return code number. Custom orders, private labeled, and/or personalized orders cannot be returned unless there is a defect in the product which such determination needs to be approved in the above mentioned manner. Returns must be made within 14 days from the receipt of such shipment. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping times. We do not reimburse customers for shipping expenses.

Order Placement, Payment Methods & Shipping

Orders can be placed via the internet by using our secure online shopping cart. Orders also may be placed directly by calling 949.218.6625 or faxing to 949.493.7492.

We accept Visa, MasterCard or Debit Cards. Payment by any other method for business and/or wholesale accounts will be handled on an individual basis and such terms and conditions will be determined at our sole discretion.

Shipping is generally done by UPS, USPS or private carrier. Such method will be determined by us upon placement of order. We will notify you of such method if requested and any online shopping cart orders will receive a confirmation of a shipping date upon receipt of such order.

No international orders are accepted online. Please send an email request to info@SanClementeSoaps.com to make any special requests.

Unable to Deliver

If orders shipped are returned to us they will be handled in a timely manner. If we have made the error, we will ship the order again at our expense. If the purchaser has made the error all shipping costs will need to be paid for the order to be re-shipped. If the purchaser provided the wrong address and the order was able to be forwarded and any additional shipping fees are assessed the purchaser agrees to pay such assessed fees. If the purchaser refuses to accept their order, the order will be treated as a return and the purchaser will pay for the restocking fee and shipping fees.

Indemnification

You or any other person accessing this site using your internet account agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers against and from all losses, expenses, damages and costs including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from any activity related to your account which would include negligent or wrongful conduct and and violation of the terms and conditions not limited to but contained herein.

Soap of the Month Club Billing Procedure

The first time you order your Soap of the Month Club gift package your credit card will be charged on the day of your order and your order will ship within 3 – 5 business days. This is an ongoing monthly subscription order. Every month your credit card will be charged on the 25th of the month before shipment of the next month’s Soap of the Month Club subscription. You will receive the next month’s subscription which ships on the first of each month. If you wish to cancel your subscription you will need to send a written request to soapclub@sanclementesoaps.com by the 15th of the month canceling your monthly subscription.

For example, if April is your next month for receiving the Soap of the Month Club gift package, your credit card will be charged on the 25th of March and your order will ship April 1st. To cancel your subscription you need to email us by March 15th that you no longer wish to receive the Soap of the Month Club subscription, otherwise your order will be processed, custom made and shipped. If we receive your cancellation notice after March 15th, we will charge your credit card as your order is already being handmade, and we will ship you April’s subscription gift package. Your subscription will stop with the month of May. By placing your first order for our Soap of the Month Club subscription you agree to all the terms and conditions of the billing procedures of the Soap of the Month Club policy.
